Terms & Policies
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: Unless otherwise arranged directly with the Metronome Project, full payment is required upon booking to secure your space on the workshop, payable by PayPal or electronic bank transfer.
CANCELLATION:
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 2 weeks leading up to the retreat.
No refunds will be given for people attending the group workshops (for example 5 month group workshop) or booking in at the addiction centre for any length of time.
Should you wish to cancel, the person who signed up must inform the Metronome Project in writing immediately by sending an email to admin@metronomeproject.net
In all cancellation cases, an administration fee of R700.00 will be retained by the Metronome Project and can be deducted from any future workshops price.
CANCELLATION BY US: In the extreme case that we must cancel a workshop, a full refund of all payments made to Metronome Project will be made. Metronome Project’s liability will be limited to the total of such payments.
COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain please immediately notify us and we will make all attempts to assist.
BEHAVIOR: When you book a workshop with the Metronome project, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be made at the time to us or to any third party concerned. We reserve the right to terminate the workshop without notice if any person’s behaviour is considered to cause danger to others. Metronome Project cannot accept liability for any damage or injury to persons or property whilst on a workshop with us.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Please notify us of any health problems of any members of your party. We do not want to arrange unsuitable activities. Metronome Project does not accept responsibility for any death, injury, loss or damage that occurs whilst activities arranged by us are carried out or whilst participating in a Metronome workshop.
CHECK IN POLICY: Please make sure to arrive at the workshop on the date and time specified. It’s important not to be late since we need everyone to be there for the introduction which will set the stage for the entire workshop.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The terms and conditions on the Metronome Project’s website at the time of your workshop will be those that apply to your workshop and you agree to be bound by them.
